TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “User”) and Good Rep Designs Inc., doing business as A Sunday Project (“A Sunday Project,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the A Sunday Project website, educational content, newsletters, creative services, consulting services, contact forms, text messaging programs, email communications, and any other products or services offered through our website or otherwise made available by the Company (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, submitting information through our website, requesting information, subscribing to a newsletter, scheduling a consultation, enrolling in any communication program, or otherwise interacting with A Sunday Project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should immediately discontinue use of the Services.
Eligibility
The Services are intended for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy these eligibility requirements. If you access the Services on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Our Services
A Sunday Project provides creative consulting, branding, marketing strategy, educational resources, newsletters, workshops, digital content, business consulting, and related professional services. Information made available through the Services is provided solely for informational and educational purposes and should not be construed as legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on information obtained through the Services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any portion of the Services at any time without prior notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not use the Services in violation of any federal, state, local, or international law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or related systems, interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services; upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code; use bots, scrapers, spiders, or other automated technologies to access or collect information from the Services without our prior written consent; infringe upon the intellectual property or proprietary rights of the Company or any third party; or engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
User Information
Certain portions of the Services may require you to submit personal information, including your name, email address, telephone number, company name, or other information. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for promptly updating any information that becomes inaccurate.
You understand that submission of inaccurate or misleading information may result in the denial or termination of Services.
Electronic Communications
By using the Services or communicating with us electronically, you consent to receive communications from A Sunday Project electronically, including by email, telephone, or text message where permitted by law. These communications may include responses to inquiries, appointment confirmations, newsletters, customer service communications, service updates, legal notices, and other information related to your relationship with the Company.
You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
SMS Messaging Program
A Sunday Project may offer one or more SMS or mobile messaging programs that provide informational, promotional, customer service, appointment scheduling, consultation reminders, event notifications, newsletters, and other communications relating to our Services.
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting into an SMS program, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated or non-automated text messages from Good Rep Designs Inc. d/b/a A Sunday Project at the mobile telephone number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology where permitted by applicable law.
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message frequency varies based upon your interaction with A Sunday Project.
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless service plan.
You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will send a final confirmation message and discontinue future marketing text messages unless you later provide new consent.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your participation in any mobile messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Newsletters and Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to our newsletter or other marketing communications, you consent to receive emails and, where applicable, text messages regarding educational content, business resources, promotions, announcements, events, and Company updates. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect our ability to send transactional or administrative communications relating to your existing relationship with the Company.
Intellectual Property
All content available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, artwork, photographs, videos, software, educational materials, downloadable resources, designs, trademarks, service marks, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to Good Rep Designs Inc. and is protected by applicable United States intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal or internal business use. No ownership rights are transferred. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works from, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Websites
The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, social media platforms, or other resources. These third-party services operate independently of A Sunday Project, and we do not control or endorse their content, security, privacy practices, or business operations. Your use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk and subject to the applicable third party’s terms and privacy policies.
Purchases, Fees, and Payment Terms
If A Sunday Project offers paid services, consultations, digital products, workshops, subscriptions, or other paid offerings, all applicable fees and payment terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase or before you commit to payment.
By submitting payment information, you authorize Good Rep Designs Inc. d/b/a A Sunday Project, or its authorized third-party payment processors, to charge the payment method provided for all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your purchase.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us to process payments using the information provided. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account or payment method.
Unless otherwise stated in writing or required by applicable law, payments for services, digital products, consultations, or other offerings are non-refundable. We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
Service Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the availability and functionality of the Services; however, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet disruptions, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or service failures caused by factors outside of our control.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
Good Rep Designs Inc. d/b/a A Sunday Project expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, and freedom from errors or harmful components.
While we strive to provide accurate and useful information, we do not warrant that any content, recommendations, educational materials, or resources provided through the Services are complete, current, accurate, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
Your use of information obtained through the Services is solely at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Rep Designs Inc. d/b/a A Sunday Project, including its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Services.
This limitation includes, without limitation, damages resulting from loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on information provided through the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Good Rep Designs Inc. d/b/a A Sunday Project for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of:
(a) One Hundred Dollars ($100); or
(b) The total amount paid by you to A Sunday Project during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Certain jurisdictions may not allow limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Good Rep Designs Inc. d/b/a A Sunday Project and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the Services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or regulation; your submission of inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized information; your infringement or alleged infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, contractual, or other rights of any third party; or any activity conducted through your account, device, or credentials.
We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and consent to our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information submitted through our website, including information submitted through contact forms, newsletter registrations, consultation requests, and SMS communication programs.
Data Collection and Consent Records
Where applicable, A Sunday Project may maintain records of consent and communications, including information such as the telephone number provided, date and time of consent, method of consent collection, source page or form, and related information necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable communication laws and regulations.
You acknowledge that electronic records maintained by us or our service providers may be used to verify consent, communication preferences, and interactions with our Services.
Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to all or part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, applicable laws, or engaged in conduct that may harm the Company, our users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, arbitration provisions, and governing law.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective when posted on the website with an updated Effective Date.
Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.
Force Majeure
Good Rep Designs Inc. d/b/a A Sunday Project shall not be responsible or liable for any delay, interruption, failure, or inability to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather events, government actions, labor disputes, internet outages, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, power failures, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in accordance with the arbitration provisions below, except where otherwise permitted.
Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
Agreement to Arbitrate
Except as otherwise provided herein, any dispute, claim, controversy, or cause of action arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your relationship with Good Rep Designs Inc. d/b/a A Sunday Project shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its applicable rules.
The arbitration shall take place in Kent County, Michigan, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise.
Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and A Sunday Project agree that any dispute shall be resolved only on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in any class action, collective action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding.
Small Claims Exception
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains within the jurisdictional requirements of the applicable court.
Jury Trial Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, both parties knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury for disputes covered by this arbitration agreement.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Good Rep Designs Inc. d/b/a A Sunday Project may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of ownership.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms or policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Good Rep Designs Inc. d/b/a A Sunday Project regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements, communications, representations, or understandings.
