Agreement to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting into any SMS or MMS messaging program offered by A Sunday Project, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated and/or non-automated text messages from Good Rep Designs Inc., doing business as A Sunday Project (“A Sunday Project,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) at the mobile telephone number provided.
Messages may include informational content, educational materials, newsletters, business updates, creative service information, consultation-related communications, appointment reminders, customer service communications, event announcements, promotional messages, and other communications related to A Sunday Project services and offerings.
Your consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services or accessing our website.
By opting into SMS communications, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized subscriber or customary user of the mobile telephone number provided and that you have authority to provide consent to receive communications at that number.
Messaging Technology Disclosure
You acknowledge and agree that A Sunday Project may use automated messaging platforms, manual messaging systems, customer communication platforms, and other technologies permitted under applicable law to send SMS and MMS communications.
These technologies may include systems that qualify as an automatic telephone dialing system under applicable laws where permitted.
Program Description
A Sunday Project operates an informational and customer communication SMS messaging program designed to provide subscribers with relevant updates, educational content, service-related information, and communications requested by the subscriber.
Messages may include, but are not limited to, newsletters, creative and business resources, consultation updates, appointment reminders, responses to inquiries, service notifications, event information, promotional communications, and other messages related to A Sunday Project.
Message content and timing may vary based on your interaction with our Services, your communication preferences, requested information, and available content.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with A Sunday Project, your selected communication preferences, and the services or information requested.
Subscribers may receive approximately 2 to 8 messages per month; however, message frequency may increase or decrease depending on engagement, communications requested, and business needs.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier’s pricing plan. A Sunday Project is not responsible for any fees, taxes, charges, or other costs imposed by your wireless carrier related to SMS messaging.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message received from A Sunday Project.
After submitting a STOP request, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that your request has been processed. Following confirmation, no additional SMS messages will be sent unless you provide new consent to receive communications.
Supported opt-out keywords may include STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, STOPALL, or STOP ALL where supported by the messaging platform.
Opting out of SMS communications does not prevent you from receiving other communications where permitted by law, including email communications, customer service responses, or other non-SMS communications.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed, failed, misdirected, or undelivered messages.
SMS message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability. Messaging services may not be available on all carriers, devices, or geographic locations and may be modified or discontinued without notice.
Changes to Mobile Number
If you change, deactivate, or transfer ownership of your mobile telephone number, you agree to update your information with A Sunday Project or discontinue enrollment using the previous number.
A Sunday Project is not responsible for messages sent to reassigned, recycled, or transferred telephone numbers where you have failed to notify us of a change.
Consent Records and Compliance
A Sunday Project maintains records of SMS consent and communication preferences in accordance with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), CTIA guidelines, and applicable carrier requirements.
Consent records may include the mobile telephone number provided, date and time of consent, method of consent collection, website URL, landing page information, consent language displayed at the time of opt-in, IP address, device information, browser or user-agent information, session information, and SMS communication history.
These records may be maintained by A Sunday Project or authorized service providers for compliance, auditing, recordkeeping, and communication management purposes.
Privacy and Data Use
Your participation in A Sunday Project SMS messaging programs is governed by our Privacy Policy.
A Sunday Project does not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile telephone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
We may share information with trusted service providers that assist us in operating our communication programs, including SMS messaging providers, telecommunications providers, website providers, customer relationship management platforms, analytics providers, cloud service providers, and compliance providers.
These providers are authorized to use information only as necessary to provide services on behalf of A Sunday Project and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing purposes.
Program Modification or Suspension
A Sunday Project reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any SMS messaging program at any time, including changes to message content, frequency, enrollment methods, eligibility requirements, or technical features, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SMS messaging services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
A Sunday Project does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free delivery, or continuous operation of SMS messaging services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Rep Designs Inc. d/b/a A Sunday Project and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in or inability to participate in any SMS messaging program.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of A Sunday Project relating to SMS messaging services shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Governing Law
These Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
